Your DM sequence is a one-sided phone call

How many of your 7 messages would survive if the prospect vanished from the thread?

The diagnostic in this guide came out of $4.4M in cash collected over 32 months from DM and SMS funnels. Every test was built from something built or broken in the funnels I've worked.

Try the diagnostic right now before you buy anything

Look at your current DM sequence. For each message, ask one question:

"Does this message change based on anything the prospect said or did?"

If the answer is no, it's a monologue message. Count them up. That's your Monologue Score.

Run this test on your sequence right now. Count how many messages would be identical if the prospect never replied to a single one.

Score 0-2/7: Your sequence adapts to the prospect's behavior. You're in the minority.

Score 3-4/7: Mixed bag. Some dialogue but mostly performance.

Score 5-6/7: One-sided conversation disguised as outreach.

Score 7/7: Perfect monologue. Reid's result.

→ If you scored 0-2, your sequence already adapts. Move on.

→ If you scored 3 or higher, your sequence is performing at prospects, not talking with them. And you're probably blaming reply rates on targeting or timing when the real problem is structural.

The diagnostic is free. The full scoring framework, message-level audit, dialogue rewrites, and automation templates are what's inside.

Why the Monologue Score works

A dialogue message cannot exist without the prospect's participation. It references their reply, their content, their situation. Remove the prospect from the thread and the message makes no sense.
