Paste your post-yes messages into the diagnostic. Find out if your setter is losing booked calls before they happen.
Built for founder-led agency owners whose setters are booking calls that don't show.
This playbook came out of $4.4M in cash collected over 32 months from DM and SMS funnels. Every template was built from real post-yes conversations I've run, setters I’ve trained, and funnels I’ve optimized for clients.
Pull up the last DM thread where a prospect agreed to a call.
Scroll to the message your setter sent right after they said yes.
Run these 3 checks:
→ The Transformation Wrap. Does your setter's call pitch reference something specific the prospect said earlier in the conversation, and name what the call will prove for THEM? Or does it just say "here's my calendar"?
→ The Anchor Line. After dropping the booking link, does your setter give the prospect a reason to come back to the DM thread? ("Let me know when you've booked so I can prep for the call.") Or does the thread go silent after the link?
→ The Proactive Close. When a prospect books but doesn't message back, does your setter reach out to confirm the booking, drop the Zoom link, and check the calendar invite? Or does the setter wait for the prospect to come back on their own?
That's the diagnostic. 90 seconds. No setup. No purchase.
→ If you ran all 3 checks and your setter already does each one, your post-yes flow is solid. Move on.
→ If even one check failed, your setter is losing booked calls between "yes" and "showed up." And you're probably blaming the prospect for not showing when the real problem is the 3-5 day gap between the Calendly link and the call.
The above diagnostic is free. The complete post-yes system your setter installs this week, with both paths scripted, the call pitch framework, and the worked examples showing real cadence and timing, is what's inside the playbook.
